Tier 2 Route (ILR application)

Hi
I am planning to submit my ilr application next month. I have below question, kindly advise.

I joined company A(who sponsored my Tier 2 Gen visa) on June 2013 and continuously worked for the same employer until July 2017. later company A taken over by company B and all its employees were transferred to company B based on TUPE. We have waited for Company B licence and even after two UKBA audits company B did not get the licence and waited until May 2018(almost 10 months I served for the Company B, still waited for licence - Note: all those 10 months my payroll ran successfully with Company B and paid tax to HMRC as per my tax report from HMRC).

On June 2018, I decided to move out of this company B and joined another Company C (who assigned me new COS and got my visa stamped end of June'18). I have been working for the Company C now and it all looks good.

Here the tricky question is , Company A's licence got expired on Jan-2018 (that is when I am serving Company B based on TUPE). Does this impact my ILR application ? I am confident that I am covered under TUPE as I have signed all those documents when going through TUPE, however my original company A's licence expired when I am working for Company B based on TUPE and this company never got the licence and eventually I moved to Company C.

Hope my explanation is clear. Kindly share your experiences or ideas if you heard of any similar situations before ILR.

Thanks in advance.
