Tier 2 to ILR - CCJ

Hello Gurus,

I first tier 2 stamped on 4th Dec 2013 (from PSW). I am eligible for ILR on or after 7th Nov 2019. Planning to go for one day stamping process and as the appointment are running 6 weeks delay, I am planning to book appointment directly and then fill SET(O) form manually. I have below queries, please provide guidance:

1) I have CCJ for bank overdraft payment, do I need to mention it in the application?
If yes, what details I need to provide, I agreed to pay the amts in monthly instalments, do I need to provide the info that I agreed for monthly payments or what exact info I need to fill in SET(O) form?

2) I switched by employer in 2017 when my previous employer went into administration. I travelled to India 2 (27days in one trip and 33 days in other trip) times in 2015 on business trip. I don’t have any business trip letters from previous employer. As my previous employer is no more in business and can’t get any letters now, what documents I need to provide HO while explaining the absence from UK?

Maybe just separate document (like bank statement) and cover letter showing you have CCJ and also repaying them.

Also provide the payslip of that particular period to show that you got paid. So at least you can convince the HO they are not unpaid leave.
