after 10 Year ILR, When can apply citizenship

Hi,
I am going to apply for 10 year ILR in March2019. I want to know after getting ILR when I can apply for citizenship, Someone said I can apply for citizenship straight after ILR on 10 years long residency bases.
How correct is this ?

No, you should hold ILR for at least a year, unless you are the spouse or cilvil partner of a British citizen.
