Morning everyone

My wife has been in the UK originally from Canada on a 5 year ancestry visa she arrived in Oct 2014 and we are preparing to apply for a 10 year ILR next year via the premium service.

We can find which form actually applies is it the set(o) which I think applies or set(lr) which my wife thought applies

Canadian born
In UK since Oct 2014 ancestry expires July 2019
Working full time since arriving
Home owner as of July 2018
UK ancestry via grandparents
Married in 2016 in UK to Republic of Ireland citizen (me)
We have lived together since she arrived in UK I moved over w months ahead to set up a place and secure employment so we could start life face to face.

She is Intending on applying via premium centre visit with intention once ILR is obtained to wait qualifying period and apply for citizenship

If you could point us towards which form is right given the above that would be great

Thanks

E&V

She doesn't qualify for ILR based on 10 years long residence if she only came to the UK in 2014.

5 year ancestry visa uses form Set(O) for ILR.
