I am applying for ILR / Settlement from Tier 2 online, premium appointment, and I want to be sure I have the correct documents. The following are listed at the end of my online application:
  • Two passport photos
  • Passport
  • Life in the UK Test pass notification
  • Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including periods of paid annual leave from the UK and Crown Dependencies
  • Passport, identity card or official letter to prove the level of English language required
  • Evidence of immigration status in the UK - is this just my biometric residence permit?
  • Declaration signed to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
  • Your most recent payslip and your most recent bank/ building society statement(within one month)
  • A document from the sponsor who issued the certificate of sponsorship that led to your last permission to stay as a Tier 2 migrant confirming that you are still required for employment etc.
  • For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules. For further information concerning the evidence required, please refer to the Tier 2 migrant policy guidance on our website
  • Current Biometric Residence Permit
What does the second to last bullet entail? My university degree/transcript, my old certificate of sponsorship number? Old bank statements?

Is there anything else people would recommend bringing? I plan to bring all of my p60s and payslips.

What does the second to last bullet entail? My university degree/transcript, my old certificate of sponsorship number? Old bank statements? Something like this, but in my understanding, they are not required.

Is there anything else people would recommend bringing? I plan to bring all of my p60s and payslips. Good. Sometimes the caseworkers ask for this.
All are fine. If nothing complicated you didn't say, you should be granted.
