I have applied for tier 1 entrepreneur extension on 13/05/2017
Interview taken on 16/03/2018
After that I am waiting for decision.
Question 1
My 5 years business tenor will complete in 5/2019
My ten yrs completed in uk on 5/10/2018.
Family came to Uk in 21/12/2014.
Nearly 4 years completed
Elder son now reached to 19 years
Daughter 17 years than 15 years and 5 years last one.shall I wait for the decision or I apply for my self for 10 yrs route SET (LR ).
Question 2
If I wait for decision suppose it come in negative that time Will I be able to apply for SET LR .ss now I have completed my 10 years.

If you apply for ILR based on 10 years residence, your spouse and children under 18 will have to switch to FLR M and meet the requirements. This will also reset their clock to zero and a new 5 year route (2 x 2.5 year visas) before they will qualify for ILR.

Children over 18 will have to find a visa route they qualify for in their own right. They won't qualify for FLR M as your dependents.

If you apply for ILR based on 5 years tier 1, you over 18 children can also apply provided they are not leading independent lives.
