Abcence more then 6 monthes in 10 year long residency route

Hi there
I have a question regardind 10 year long term residency route. i want to know that if i stayed more then 6 months ( 6 months 12 days)out of uk because off my health issue . Actually i got diagnosed with bonn TB in india and i had to stay in india for 6 months 12 days for my treatment and also that treatment continued in uk for next six months when i came back. My question is dose i’ll get any exemption in 10 year ilr route and what type of proof do i need to prove my illness.

Have you clicked and read the link that vinny has already provided???

There have been many refusals due to exceeding 6 months, by even a couple of days, even with 'exceptional circumstances'.
