UK Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) ILR

Hi. I applied for indefinite ilr after 5 years with Tier 2 minister of religion. I applied (along with my wife as my dependant) on the 30 of July. We have already enrolled our biometrics and I have received the ack letter twice one in September and one in October. Would it be prejudicial if I call and ask when I will receive a response? Thanks
