Hi,

This is Kieran. My questions are in regards to applying for PBS dependent ILR.

My husband came to UK on ICT Tier 2 Visa and acquired ILR via 5 years PBS Route and also got British Citizenship in Nov 2016.
I came to UK in June 2013 on Depended to my husband. VISA type is ICT Tier 2 Depended. I was on the same Visa for last 5.4 Years and now I am eligible for ILR.

My questions

1. Which form I need to use for applying ILR (PBS Depended). Is it SET(O) or SET(M)? I hope it is SET(O), please confirm.
2. What are the documents required? I have gone through previous blogs and noted that below documents are required. Please verify and confirm.

o All the passports and Visa cards (Mine and my husbands)
o Photos of Mine and photo of my husband
o Life in UK Pass certificate
o B1 selt test from Trinity college or original degree with two Naric certificates of Mine
o Marriage certificate
o Co habitation documents to evidence both you and ur wife's co habitation covering last two years. These includes bank st, utility bills, gp letters, council tax letters extc.
3. Do I need to show any absence? is this required for the application? please let me know the documents explaining this.
4. Do I need to show any financial requirements ? If No, please let me know the documents explaining this.

Thank you in advance for your advise.

Many Thanks,
Kieran

The form and guidance notes for set O clearly state what is require.

Google "calculating continuous residence" as well and look at the HO document re absences etc.
