Dear team,

I hope you are well.

i had tier 2 (general) since Nov 2013 and was recently granted ILR (thanks to immigrationboards where i got really helpful advice for my ilr application). my question this time is for my wife. she was issued tier 2 (general) dependant in Dec 2013 and will be eligible for ILR application in Nov (completing her 5 years). My questions is

1. which route she should apply with
a. apply as Tier 2 (general) dependant
b. apply as spouse of settled person

2. can she use SET (O) form for her application? it seems set (o) form is for either main applicant only or when both main applicant and family (dependant) apply together. im not sure it can be used for dependant only as many info required in that form is about the main applicant.

thanks as always!
andy

It is 1 a. She is a PBS dependent visa holder not a spouse settlement visa holder.

2. Set O and she is the main applicant as she is applying for ILR. She only completes the parts of form relevant to her.
