I enter ther Uk first time in 2010 as a student and moved to tier 1 Entrepreneur visa on 2013. So which is the right date for the below question in SET O

When did you first enter the UK?
This is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on started.

I guess it is 2013 ? Am I right

Hello thanks for your reply. I have one more question, do I need to submit P11 and P45 for the job creation evidence as it is not mentioned in the policy guidance but it is shown in the checklist in the online form.

Do I need to tick it or just leave it and send only FPS . Please advice otherwise I will have to request p11(employee payment records) from my accountant

P11 and P45 is needed only for employees before RTI was in place (2013), so the form still caters for it.

But you don't need to send those

I applied for ILR online 2nd July 2018 and received a complex letter on 15th august (my wife applied for PBS extension end of july). we both received complex letter same day with same normal content

Today just delivered BRP for both of us but haven't received the passport and other document or approval letter. I just want to check isn't that suppose to come first, how do I get the documents back ?

Did you receive monthly acknowledgement emails(or application in process emails) before and after receiving complex letter?

I submitted my application in August 2018 and next day received acknowledgement email with my case reference number. After 20 days I received complex letter by post and after that no email nothing. My case is very straightforward I submitted all required documents, business is making profit and created almost double employment and I have good immigration history. I don't know why they sent me complex letter?
