I am planning to apply Indefinite leave to remain for my Dependant on Tier1 Entrepreneur and I have doubt about absence from UK


If the allowable continuous absence out side UK during any 12 months are max 180 days or 90 days


I believe its should be 180 max days but some people have advised that for ILR you can not have more than 90 days continuous absence from UK in any 12 months during your stay in UK


If any senior/expert member please advise with authentic information.

There is NO absence limit for PBS dependents if visa was issued before 11 January 2018.

And what is the absence limit if the dependent visa was issued after 11 January 2018?

No more than 180 days in any 12 month period.
