Hi guys, I am a tier 2 general holder and my VISA was issued 13/12/2013, so it is the time for me to apply the ILR in UK now (5 years). My wife is with the tier 2 dependent VISA which was issued 13/12/2013 as well, but she entered UK on 07/2014, about half year later than me. There was also a long time leave during the past years with my wife (>180 days). So is it feasible for her to apply the ILR with me together?
She will match the 5 years creteria if counted base on her first Tier 2 dependent issue time, but bit short if counted on the entry time. I know there are a lots of super guys familar with the ILR application process. Could anybody give me any suggestion?
Thanks tons!

Indefinite leave to remain: calculating continuous period in UK
If the delay is more than 180 days, you can only include time after the applicant entered the UK in the continuous period calculation.
If her delay was more than 180 days, then she may extend for a period of 3 years, if you are successful in getting ILR under Tier 2.
