Hi Gurus/Members.

I have some confusions can someone please guide me when I can apply for ILR 10 years route indefinite.

Q1: My first visa stamp is 4 FEB 2009 and I enter in the UK on 20 FEB 2009, can someone please confirm which date will consider data of visa stamp or my arrival date of UK?

Q2: When I can apply within date 28 days or can apply before 28 Days?

Q3: Which date I can apply for ILR (A) 8 January 2019 or (B) 23 January 2019 (C) 24 January 2019

For Long residence, the start date of your qualifying period for ILR is the date of initial entry. You may apply for ILR no sooner than 28 days prior to the completion of your qualifying period and before your leave expires. However, if you apply too early, but satisfy the requirements on the date of the decision, then you may be okay.
