Tier 2 ILR - Unpaid leave

Since I saw some old posts about the same and OPs haven't posted the follow up. I am creating new post.

My History, 5 years on Tier 2 since 19 Nov 2013. I have total 144 days of absence out of UK. In this there is an 10 days which was unpaid, so I was in India on holiday in 2016 and had to call and extend my leave for two more weeks and my employer agreed but said will be unpaid. He is ready to mention the same in the Absence letter.

Can I include the following line in the absence letter under the Reason column:
# Holiday - India - annual paid leave Plus 10 days additional authorised leave

Would this be enough or should I add more to those 10 days. Or give a separate letter for the same. Any suggestions would be really helpful.

Thanks all for the info in the forum, I got my ILR.

For anyone checking with details about unpaid leave I just mentioned in my employer letter as "10 days Additional authorised leave" and didn't include any personal cover letter. I think as long you have less than 4 weeks of unpaid leave per year that should be fine.
