hi All,
I am due to apply for ILR as my spouse visa is due to expire in feb. My husband has British passport.
My question here is can I apply for ILR in December or how early can I apply for ILR?

I need to travel to India urgently in January for few months.

It depends in what date you originally arrived in the UK on your spouse visa.

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before reaching 60 months/5 years residence.
