Do NOT start new topics with the same question and stick to this one only. Your other post is now removed :!: :!:

Your situation is not clear. You cannot have two pending application at the same time (which is not allowed under the rules) so it needs to become clear if when you applied for your PSW that was considered to be a variation of previous application on not. An SAR request might shed more light on what UKVI holds on your file

Thanks @Zimba

i applied SAR document. How many days it will take to process .

In my case , i have two pending applications at a time.
1.tier4 application made on 26-Jan-2012
payment rejected
i got invalid application letter on 10-Feb-2012
i applied again on 12-Feb-2012 with postal order payment

in meantime i got my masters results. And
i made a fresh tier1 PSW application 4th-April-2012

both applications were pending with homeoffice

TIER4 application was rejected on 16th-May-2012 based on funds issue.

then i was waiting for PSW appliction result.

My PSW application was approved on 12th-Sep-2012 for 2 years.

please advice on my situation

thanks

SAR could take 45-60 days.
As I said you cannot have multiple pending applications at the same time because according to the immigration rules you are not allowed to apply for a new application if you have a pending one already, you can ONLY seek to vary the previous application. If you apply for another application, generally UKVI will have to ask you which one you would like to proceed with. In that case either previous application has to be withdrawn or varied for a the new one to proceed. This is why an SAR is required to see what UKVI holds on the file
