I was not aware of the new system and I have paid IHR fees and struggling to get premium service appointment. And always getting 'We do not have any appointments in the next 45 business days at your selected location.'
Do I need to filling in again with the new system after 5th Nov? Any advice will be helpful.

does anyone have the pdf version of the SET(M) form, please can you share this?
Our appointment is for next week and I don't think filling the form makes sense!

Could any one advise if this new change in system or process is applicable to FLM-M also?
I am struggling to get peo appointment.
