i want to ask that my wife t1 dependentextension once approved in dec 2015 than i again submit extension application on nov 2017 and got refusal on feb 2018 because of main applicat got refused than we submitted fresh application with in 14 days and still i didnt got decision ,
so my wife 5 year is no comleted on november 2018 , can i vary my wife extension application to ilr set o ?

yeah i am main applicant my ilr application is pending along with my wife extension , this question is for my wife ?

She can apply for ILR but her application will be pending on your case. If you get ILR, she will get ILR as a PBS dependant (assuming all other requirements of ILR are met)

one more thing i want to ask is which date is counted towards 5year is it entry clearce visa date or first arrival date ?
