PBS Dependent I.L.R

Hi Sir,
My wife is now on PBS Dependent visa.
We got married in 2012 Nov, during that time i was on Tier-1 General visa, from 2013 she got Tier-1 general dependent visa, In 2015 i got I.L.R , my wife got renewal of her visa and she got PBS dependent visa as i was on ILR and in 2017 I got British passport . As she got finished 5 years of living in uk as my partner she would like to apply for I.L.R and got appointment in 3 days, we filled the form of Set(O) and booked premier appointment , in this case i bit confused is Set(0) is correct as Set(M) application is really confusing me.
Some one kindly suggest , in my case should my wife go for Set(M) or Set(O) for I.L.R?
