Hi, I am going to apply for my wife's visa / ILR. I have ILR granted on feb 2018.

My wife obtained entry clearance from Pakistan on 25/11/13 and entered in Uk on 22/12/13. She then obtained an extension on 24/11/15 and valid until 24/11/18. Please advise when she completes her 5 years of continuous stay (from date of grant which is 25/11/13 or from the date of entry 22/12/13)?

I am in process of applying for her dependent visa / ILR. Please advise what is the earliest I could apply for her ILR.

so what is the earliest date = 24/11/18 as its 28 days less 5 years completing on 21/12/18 (5 years from date of entry 22/12/13)

Thank you, for this table the result shows from 22/12/13 to 24/11/18 is 4 years, 11 months, 3 days including the end date.

what would you suggest the earliest date could be.

She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of her first visa issue/start date.

So within 28 days before 25 November 2018 which means she could have already applied.

Hi Vinny, Thank you. Can you please also point me where to look for required documents I need to submit (specially for cohabitation like for how long period last 2 years or all five years and how many like each month or each after four months and how many different sources needed. If in online system shall we just simply upload or need some verified or attested documents). I was looking for these information but could not locate exact thread that can help me in right direction.

Also I was going through the online process I noticed that it says

Proof of finances

If you’re on the 5-year route, you and your partner usually need to prove that you have at least:
##£18,600 a year if you have no children
##£22,400 a year if you have 1 child
##£2,400 a year for each additional child you have

Count all your dependant children under 18, even if you do not add them to your application

what supporting information could be provided in terms of satisfying this?

Hi,

I am filling the relevant sections of the online form ILR from for dependent partner and child (born out of UK) and near the end of the application, it provides a list of Mandatory and Other documents which consists of Passports, Life in the UK, English language and resident cards + consent forms.

There is no mention of cohabitation evidence at all, marriage or childbirth certificates or anything else. I am confused if these are not needed?

ILR online application under the new system, there is a consent form needs to be filled (3 of them) 1 by applicant, one by joint name statement partners and one by sponsor.

For my partner she signed form 1 and I signed 2 and 3 as co joint partner on letters and sponsor.

I am asking about do I need to sign by me for child dependent as well (though I signed form 3 for him)?

Further do I need to provide a list of leaves outside of UK for partner dependent? online form did not ask this and there was not mentioned in the mandatory document list as well.
