The documents I am submitting are :-

Set M application form
Passports for my partner and I
Current Biometric Card for myself
2 Photos of myself and 1 for my spouse

Life in the U.K. pass notification letter
Certificate of my degree taught in the U.K. with transcripts.

2018 correspondents
For my spouse :-
6 months Payslip’s

Bank statements for last 6 months
Employment letter

Joint Council tax bill 2018-2019

marriage certificate and divorce if one of you been married before

are your payslips are there online and is your annual wages 18600

I was told not to provide a marriage certificate as I did provide this on my initial application 2.5 years ago. Do I still need to provide the certificate?

Also yes the I have all of my Payslip’s for the last 6 months and I do earn over the £18,600 threshold.

Can someone please get back to me on the above. I have my appointment next week. Eeeeek!

yes you have to provide the marriage certificate , and about payslips are there online or not

No they are originals not printed off online

fine ,just payslips letter from employer and bank statement , and once again dont forget marriage certificate and as you said why they ask again because already submitted for extension but what we can do they ask for that then we have to follow the rules , and if they ask for marriage certificate they know why they asking for that

Is there anything else you think I might be missing?
Also for a premium appointment do I need to make photocopies of all my docs?

yes all but not the application, because at the end they will keep the copies

Marriage certificate is not required for Set M (ILR).

I will still carry it with me in case they ask for it. Would you say everything else is sufficient for my application?
