Regarding set(o) online form questions

Dear Team,
We are applying for ILR from Tier2(dependant) and we filled online form and booked date, i have appointment booked on 16th Nov, while checking the application form i have got one question
While filling the form there is one question
Do you have any of these reference numbers for XXXXXX (Main applicant- my wife details which she got ILR already and there are option given below)
Yes, I have their passport number
Yes, I have their National Insurance number
Yes, I have their Home Office reference number
Yes, I have their biometric residence permit (BRP) number
No, I do not have any of the above
From those above options we have selected only passport number and given passport number in the field and we dint select any other options because of we thought one option is enough to select no need to select all of the above
But now i got doubt is that ok if we select only one option because i know my wife NI number, BRP card no but i dint select any of those i have selected only passport number but now we realised that we can select all of those above and can give details
Is there any problem if i wont select all of the above and select only one option?
Can you please someone reply to this question because i am in tens as i cant edit now as i have paid the fee and booked the appointment already
