Hi everyone
We filed for my final visa a few weeks ago. Posted by royal mail special delivery. the other 2 visas we got an email stating they received it well guess what we haven't received yet ? The email letting us know they got is. Is this normal now or do I need to tare the house down trying to find the post receipt ? The visa I'm on now is up in January and I'm starting to panic as we have adopted a Romanian rescue dog that is very badly traumatized and very dependent on me and encase we messed up the application some how we need to make special arrangements for her. Please help
Thank you
Sara

Did you apply online and posted the documents with the application barcode page OR did you use the paper form ?
If it is the latter, you may not get an email however you generally will get a Biometrics letter in few weeks

We applied online then sent everything in when we printed everything out to send in we also printed out the biometrics and we went and did the biometerics. Should I call them or is it normal now not to hear from them now ?

Did you apply no sooner than 28 days prior to the 5th anniversary of the initial grant of FLR(M)?

Your post is confusing as you state you got married in the US, then applied for a fiance visa (but you were already married and not a fiance) and then applied flr m spouse visa in the UK. If you have been in the UK for 5 years, you can't include "fiance visa" time to qualify for ILR.

On what date was your first flr m spouse visa issued/start date??
