Anyone facing issues with uploading documents online??

I've submitted everything online and booked appointment. However, I think there might be something wrong with my account, when I try to upload files, everytime after I upload something and then click "back", then all my files uploaded are gone. Or if I log off and log back on, all my previous uploaded files are gone. It's so weird. Do you have the same issues?
