Dear sir ,
Can you pl update on latest changes in ILR rules
1: can I still claim employment points for part time workers or have to enroll only full timers for 12 months
2:do my pbs dependants have to physically live in Uk to be eligible for ILR
WAS intending to send my son to india for a year for education
3:my timeline pl ——-
tier 1 entrepreneur visa granted in 11/2014
Kept on travelling to n fro but finally arrived in uk permanently with family in 5/2016
Extension granted in 8/ 2018 upto 8/ 2020
Query was whether I would have to apply for 2 nd extension in 8/2020 as ilr conditions wouldn’t be fulfilled
And if so what n when would the process be
Warm regards
Gk

You can combine part time positions given those position existed for at least 12 months
2:do my pbs dependants have to physically live in Uk to be eligible for ILR

yes, however you previously said that your son's visa was not extended as he is 21 :?:

Your process to apply for 2nd extension will be same as the first one, no difference.

Hi Zimba ,
Thanks for reply
1: part time positions point clear
2: was intending to send my younger son aged 16 to india for a year ( extension granted)
Would it deter or impact his ILR
3: pl clarify my status vis a vis my late entry into the uk
Timeline
Tier 1 granted in 11/2014
Actually shifted to Uk from india in 5/2016
Extension granted in 8/2018 upto 8/2020
Would I have to apply for 2nd extension in 2020 as I don’t seem to have fulfilled the stay req for ILR and if so would I need to prove the investments again .
Pl guide
Thanks n regards
Gk

Yes it can, was his visa granted after 11 Jan 2018 ?
3: pl clarify my status vis a vis my late entry into the uk
If the period between visa issue date and arrival is more than 180 days, your continuous period start from the date of entry.
If it is less than 180 days, such period will count as usual towards the 180 days per year absence limit
