Hi all,


We (Tier 1 Entrepreneur Team) applied for ILR on last Saturday through New Service in online via Sopra steria website.

When booking the appointment, there is a service called "VIP Service" where the booking cost showing £9,100 pounds.

Can you please confirm if that is super premium service where we can get a decision atleast by a week ?

I would suggest you call to find out whether the VIP service does affect the processing time.

Kindly update if you have availed the VIP 24 hour service. And how it went.

As I am also applying for Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR in early February 2019.
Any comments from the moderators will also be highly appreciated.

I believe the VIP service is the one where by they come to you and bring all there equipment and everything to do finger print scanning etc.

if you want a decision within 24hours but are happy to attend a centre then a priority service is available which costs an extra £600 onto of the normal fees

But for TIER 1 Entrepreneur ILR there is NO PRIORITY SERVICE. Either Standard Service or VIP Service.

For Standard Service the timeline is about 3 months.

The second option is the VIP service.

Any comments of the facility who have already availed will be highly appreciated.

TIER 1 Entrepreneur to ILR VIP service of UKVCAS experience of anyone will be highly appreciated.
Moderator comments will really help me to proceed with my application.

I don’t think priority service is available to Tier1 Ent route. VIP is just for convenience

The UKVCAS VIP service (https://www.ukvcas.co.uk/additional-services/detail) is purely convenience. It does not affect the actual processing time (if the VIP appointments is much earlier than a standard one then perhaps - but it's unlikely to be that significant).

All that happens is they scan and take biometrics/pictures from your home - rather than you going to their offices. Nothing else - outcome is the same: no decisions are made by UKVCAS.

However its a bit confusing. Because paying 9100 GBP for only for Biometrics and Submission doesn't seem to have any worth.

When we google 24 hours VIP SERVICE, there are solicitors/ barristers who clearly states that Tier1 Entrepreneur to ILR visa can be processed in 24 hours.

Comments from anyone has gone through the service is highly appreciated.

Other prospective applicant from Tier 1 Entp to ILR and Moderators suggestions will really help me to move on with my application.

I would appreciate if anyone has so far availed the VIP service for Tier 1 Entrepreneur to ILR.

I also appreciate if anyone has got ILR (Tier 1 Entrepreneur) in Standard Service under the new system of UKVCAS.

I will be applying in early Februrary for the same route and have been advised that the VIP service as booked by lawyers does indeed have quick turnaround times.

What's the latest information on your side? Have you contacted the home office?

This is not priority service,we can't get a decsion in 24 hours.

I went through standard service .(there is no Priority service option for T1 Business).
