ILR after Spouse Visa

Hello everyone,

I need some help. I started LTR Spouse visa on 15 July 2014 (2 extensions of 2.5 each £18600 requirement).
I am completing 5 years on LTR Spouse visa on 15 July 2019 and will apply for Indefinite leave to remain.
I checked the ILR form and I still need to fulfil £18600 requirement. Me and my husband work circumstances are

* I have been working for the same employer over 6 months and earning £14000 per annum.

* My husband has been working on PAYE until 30th Sep 2018 (left) and NOW he is self-employed and works as a Uber driver

My question is

- Whether I need to show last 6 months payslips or 1 year

- What documents are required by my husband to show his earning. Please note that he started self employment (Uber driver) on 1st Oct 2018

I will appreciate if someone point me in the right direction and answer clearly of those 2 questions.

Many Thanks

It would have been simpler if your husband waited and stayed in his job till you had ILR before becoming self employed.
