Hello All,
I got T1E (200K) visa on 21/11/2014 valid till 12/3/2018
I applied for on 5 January 2018 and received approval (the Extention BRP card starting from25/06/2018 until 25/06/2020)
As per rules I am eligible to apply for ILR on 7th November 2019.

I had two jobs created since August 2016 which are continue till date.

My question is:
For ILR I need to show 12 months continious employment (I do not qualify for transition rules). Can I claim the 12 month period from February 2018 (when I applied for extension) or it has to be after the date of extention (i.e. 25/06/2018)?

To sum up, out of these two senerio which is applicable on me:
(1) employment Claim period February 2018 to January 2019
or
(2) employment claim period July 2018 to June 2019

P.S I am willing to apply for ILR on 87th November 2019

Seniors please comment.
