Hi All
I am plaining to Apply for ILR on Tier2 base with family at end of Dec 2018 can some one help in following questions?

1. I been stopped by police at 5th March 2016 and got fine and point from court at 28th April 2016 for insurance. My spent time (24 month for ILR) will start from 05th March or from 28th April?

2. If I apply through new system at end of December 2018 so how long will take for standard application?
As I am planing to use urgent service (re application) at soon after 5th March 2019.

3. My work Tier2 visa 5 years completed at 11 Sept 2018. And current leave expiring at 2nd Jan 2019.

Are your dates correct? You must apply for ILR online and in person before your visa expires.

Yes dates are correct. Can you answe question 1 as well.
Also I am planing to apply in end of December to get some timein process to apply or upgrade in March 2019 to complete 24month spent time. Whats your openion??

You cannot apply, pay and submit online in December and then try "buy time" till march till your conviction, if that is what it is, is spent.

Applying by post using online means your date of application is the date you pay and if 24 months has not passed since court convixtion, you will likely face refusal.

The date of offence is considered (not the date of court conviction)

Is any way I submitt my application just before visa expire in End of December and as soon completed spent time at 5th March 2019, I change it to fresh application as primium and get decicion on new application date?

or if I buy more time( I think FLR..form...?) Can I still apply as Tier2 General with Dependents for ILR. As I have 3 dependents and one UK Born child.
Realy appriciate for your advise.

Many thanks for your reply. It mean my spent time start from the day police stopped me.
