Hi,

Would much appreciate some help with this.

I've finished my PhD in the UK on Tier 4 visa with my family for 4 years. Then I switched straightaway to Tier 2 (general) 5 years (one go). After one month and before my family's Tier 4 expired, I applied for 5 years visa for them unfortunately their visa not exactly 5 years (31 days short)!!
Can I apply for them for ILR on 5 years basis with me at the same time as they will be in the UK for more than 5 years if we count the 4 years in Tier 4 as well?.

Many thanks in advance.
