Respected gurus and members,
need your valuable opinions again, as this forum is always helpful for me.
I will apply next year for Indefinite leave to remain in April or May, as my T1 Entrepreneur initial application valid from 28-04-2014, and extension granted on 13-03=2018 till 12-03-2020, during my waiting for decision period, my employees (from initial time period) have left due to moving office, and I employed new, 2 full time and one part time, as requirement is create two jobs, 30 hours per week for 12 months.
My question is these creation of two jobs must be kept after extension granted, or can be count from waiting for decision time, after applying for extension.
Because as initially I was granted visa on 28-04-14, so I can apply in April/May 2019, (completing 5 years in this category) instead of extension visa granted till 12-03-20,
but my two employees who are full time, one is working from 04-18, and second one working from 10-17 (waiting time period), he has completed one year already, should I continue him till when one year will be completed after one year or if he wants to leave the company, will it be ok or should I hire another full time employee to cover one year?
waiting for your answers, many thanks in advance.

If Ive understood your paragraphs correctly..
Yes, you can apply up to 28 days before 28/04/19= 31/03/19(earliest you can apply)
Ext granted 13/03/18 - you have full 12 months of employment starting from 04/18 to 03/19.
Job creation calculated from ext approval date only. Employees can come and go. Jobs must exist or be created after extension. That is the assessment. Keep the employee that started from 10/17 to 03/19 or hire someone without any gaps in between till you apply for ILR

• be for at least 2 separate jobs
• exist for at least a full 12 months each
"The Home Office defines full-time as a 30-hour working week."
'
Within the same job, a worker can
replace another worker who is employed for part of a year and then leaves the job, so that the employment as a whole adds up to 12 months. However, if there is a gap between 1 worker leaving a post and another worker starting employment, the period when the post is not filled will not be counted, only periods during which a worker is employed in a post will be considered.
If the applicant is combining workers within the same job, they must make it clear in their application which employees are being used."
Its normal practice to hire part time workers in a full time job. The number of hours per each employee depends on your JOB's requirement. How ever you divide the hours amongst the two per week it should at least amount to 30hrs/week minimum. 20:10, 15:15, 24:8 etc...
As this is a very important issue I hope someone else can guide you as well.
