Settlement visa 5 year route

My wife got 5 years route settlement visa first granted on 28/11/2013 for 2 and half years till 28/05/2016 , then again she got visa on 18/07/2016 till 26/01/2019 which completes her 62 months from the first time visa grant. My question is can she apply for ILR on this November as she completed her 60 months already? Leo does she eligible to apply through one day service?

UKVCAS services. All applications now are expected to filled online before attending an appointment

Hi I have booked my settlement 5 year route premium service on 16/10/18 for 27/11/18 , in November I got to know that I have to apply online so I did . But I can not complete my application as after declaration it takes me to payment section and there is no option that let me enter that I have already paid for premium service. I am very worried now can’t figure out how can I contact with the relevant person who can guide me the correct process now. Anyone pls let me know what I supposed to do.
