Indefinite Leave to Remain ( On 5 year spouse route), but Leaving the Country for a while

Hi

Wonder if anyone can help. I am on the spouse visa just extended recently again for 2.5 years which means that I will be eligible to apply for ILTR once the 2.5 years are gone. However, my husband is very likely to be relocated due to work outside the UK, we think it may be for a year or so, but we are worried that the ILTR would not allow me to leave the country for that long and I will be a terrible disappointment to go through all of the process from zero when I come back to the country just because I spent longer than the (if im correct) 180days away from the UK. This is a difficult position as this relocation opportunity for my husband is very important and it will be better for both of us, but at the same time I am worried about the implications it might have with my ILTR since I have spent loads of money and time over the course of these years to get things right for the visas.

ANY HELP/ ADVICE WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
THANKS

There is no absence limit for spouse settlement/FLR(M) visa holders. The 180 days limit applies to PBS Dependents and PBS main visa holders.

Hi, Thank you so much for your reply. If this is the case, what do I do when proving cohabitation though?since my bills and everything would be from another country? isnt this still required to show cohabitation for ILTR?thanks for your help it is very much appreciated on this situation.
