Dear Seniors ,

I have been refused TIER 1 general ILR in 2016 due to my ex employer PAYE income late submission (322-5) in 2010-2011 .

After I informed to the employer they updated all the PAYE income up to date in 2016 and all my income up to date

Then I applied FLR within 14 days and its granted 2018 ( no gap )

I planned to apply ILR LR soon - I am here over 11 years

I noticed yesterday new guidance came for ILR LR

Does this affect my ILR LR and the current leave ?

I have leave until 2020

Please give your valuable input

The document is two years old and issued in November 2016 and relates to tier 1 General ILR as far as I can see.
