FLR DL Settlement Visa/waiting for 7 months

Dear Sirs,
I have applied for me and my family Settlement visa after completion of 3+3 years discreationary leave.I applied on 12th of April 2018 and today is more than 7th months but I am still waiting.
I called home office after 6th month period and they sent me email that your case is still not completed yet.
I contacted my local MP and MP sent a letter to home office to get update on my case.
I want to ask you that how long it will take more in your experience?
