Hi everyone, I'm currently on a spouse visa valid till Feb 2019. My next visa should be ILR. My question is, when is the right time to apply for my next visa? It used to say no more than 28 days before the end of the current visa but now it doesn't seem to clear for me.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before reaching 60 months residence, calculated from date you entered the UK on your spouse visa OR before your current visa expires.
