Hi,

I am due to apply for Indefinite leave to remain in a month time. While filling the application, I found a question regarding convictions and penalties.

I did Speed Course test and Mobile Safety test in 2013 and 2014. Luckily I never had any points on my license.

Does Speed course test and Mobile Safety test come under convictions?

Do I need to mention them in my application?

Can anyone help me, please?

Thanks

If you received a FPN and didn’t dispute it, you received a conviction.

All FPNs need to be declared.

Thanks for the reply.

It was 4 years before. I am happy to declare.

Will this affect my application. Will they reject citing this as a reason.

Thanks

sorry for asking too many questions. I was reading through some articles and found that both Speed Corse test and Safety Awareness test does not count as FPN.

I am aware that I aid only for the course fee.

Do I still need to declare this in the application?

No as you did not commit a crime. Conviction happens in court of law
