Road traffice offence spent time start date for ILR

Dear Admin and members
I have been stopped by police at 5th march 2017 and received points and fine from court at 26th April 2017.
Now I am due for ILR can some one please let me know if 24 month spent time for ILR start from date of offence (05th March 2017) or from date of convicted from court ( 26th April 2017)

Only
recordable convictions affect ILR. Not all convictions are recordable
It will be 24 months from the date of the court conviction

Its recorded on basic disclouser. So I need to apply for ILR at soon after 26th April 2019?

I need to apply for tier2 General extension in Dec2018 to fill 4 month gap before ILR as traffice conviction.
Can you please confirm required salery for 40 hours per week/ anual salery for experiance soc code 2139?
Does £32800 will be enough?

2139 Information technology and telecommunications professionals not elsewhere classified
Salary rates:
New entrant: £21,600
Experienced worker: £28,900
Also
Immigration Rules Appendix K: shortage occupation list
2139 Information technology and communications professionals not elsewhere classified
Only the following job in this occupation code:
Cyber security specialist employed by a qualifying company, where the job requires a person with a minimum of five years’ relevant experience and demonstrable experience of having led a team.

No Its not shortage occupation and we using unristicted COS,
First Tier2 general start at 11th Sep 2013.
Extension at 06th Dec 2016
Now another extension for 6 month required from 1st Jan 2019 to 30th Jun 2019 ( This will still be 2 month less then total 6year on this catagary)
Also how to fill or book two extension application /appointment as one for me ,wife and son and one for over 18 dependent ( already in UK on Tier2 dependent visa).... how to get same appointment or supporting documents for over 18year dependent??

You have posted in the ILR sub forum but now asking about tier 2 extension???
If you have Tier 2 extension questions, please post them in the Tier 2 sub forum. This sub forum is only for ILR queries.
You need to earn the minimum requirement for ILR and the salary you have stated is unfortunately not sufficient to meet that and you will be refused. Note that you only require 5 years residence on Tier 2 for ILR, not 6 years.
