ILR Qualifying Period

Hello There,
I am wondering if anybody can help me finding out my date of eligibility for ILR.
Please find below details of my Visa
First Visa
Entry Clearance
Visa Type: Tier 1(General) Partner
Issued from 28/08/2012 valid till 27/04/2014
Second Renewal
Visa Type FLR (M)
Spouse/Partner Leave to Remain
From 14/03/2014 To 14/09/2016
Applied for Visa on 13/09/2016 but rejected on Financial grounds, immediately within 14 days filed Appeal, while the appeal was pending went for third renewal which was granted, details are as below.
Third Renewal
Visa Type Flr (M)
Spouse/Partner Leave to Remain
From 30/06/2017 till 30/12/2019
As my stay during the appeal period was valid, I was hoping I can apply before 28 days of 14/03/2019, as I would be completing 5 years of Valid stay in UK.
Both my spouse and my kid are British citizens
Please provide your valuable advice and thanks in advance.
