Just posting the same post twice won't help I guess.
Provide your complete immigration history in the UK. Also, on what basis you applied ILR ? etc

Likely an error in posting twice or pure desperation due to their DV circumstances.
The OP has stated their immigration history clearly!

Applications under DV can take a while. Proof of domestic violence doesn't have to be physical evidence and the fact that the police found you a place of refuge and the abuse has been reported to your GP, should be sufficient.
Neither does domestic violence have to be purely physical. It can also be emotional/psychological abuse.

I wish you the best and hope your ILR is granted as soon as possible.
Did you try to write a letter to home office to expedite your case or involving the local MP might help in your particular case?

If course she can. However ILR DV cases generally take months to be processed.

Any update? I’m planning to apply for this as I’m in the same situation sans physical abuse. My husband and his family are emotionally abusing me. I do household chores but still not satisfied. My husband is addicted to porn and he spends so much money. He always threatens me to send me back to my country or kick me out of their house if I don’t obey him. I’m currently in my extension of spouse visa.We have a 1 year old baby and I can’t just leave her with them. By the way they’re Bengali also and I’m from Philippines

Does anyone have any idea that if it is taking so long to decide about ILR because of domestic violence then it's gonna be positive or negative? because it's been 4 months

Impossible for anyone to know. These applications are not straightforward and take time. Nothing you can do but wait to hear back from HO.
