Hi All,

i need an expert advise on the below point which i found while applying online spouse visa extension form

A - Time lived in the UK - Does this mean time should be calculated after removing the leave period from UK ?
B- Could you and your partner live together outside the UK if necessary ? - why they want to know this ?
c- Is this the first time you have applied for a partner route, or an extension, with your current partner
(including as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner) ? - Its my first extension after inital grant of leave on spouse visa , what i should right on this ??
d- Please choose the reason you are applying for an extension, this includes if you are switching to a
partner visa from another type - ?? still struggling to find appropriate answer for this .
E- When did you enter the UK? is this very time she entered UK ( ie for study purpose YR- 2012 ) OR does this mean date she entered after her spouse visa YE- 2016
F-Would your children be affected if your application was refused? what am i suppose to write here ??
G- Would any of your other family members be affected if your application was refused ?? what they expect me to write here
H- Do you have any other reasons for wanting to stay in the UK? what should i write here ???
I-Explain your other reasons and say what documents you will provide to support your claim ? ???
J- you will need to submit 12 items (6 each) of correspondence evidencing that you reside together at the same address from 3 different source ??? can i use different Bank account statment on single name & Amex credit card statment & are these considred as 3 different source or one single source ???

i know its long list of query but really appreciate your revert on the same ,

here they want to know if you have achieved the q period .. so state your q time and it will do no harm to explain the other extra bit as a note

can you live outside UK ?
no obviously no... why else would you spend HUUUGE amount of time, energy and money going through this monster of a process.... you have just taken life in UK ....and you have proven ties here etc....

reason you are applying for an extension

you are FLR applicant ... others here are ILR ...the reason is.... your visa will run out if you dont and you want to comply with the rules..and you meet all the criteria

when did you enter uk
again explain your current qualifying track and add on the extra bit as an additional note

dont worry about all these subjective questions towards the END OF THE APPLICATION FORM... you are meeting all the criteria before they get to these questions anyway....you should be ok as long as you dont come up and be flagged under their radar as a danger and national security.

documents to show living together
this is simple ...you are proving that you have lived at this address and your partner has lived at this address.
get your documents
a few joint names and a few in single name
you will automatically have more than three different places TO MAKE UP THE BUNDLE. spread out your documents across more than 3 places... water bills, banks, electric bills, council tax etc dont worry about the 3 different places thing ... it is near impossible to provide all those proofs from just only one or two places only .....you will end up having so many documents to prove your address. yes you can use bank statement ( single name only ) and then a another document from the same bank that has from the same place (so that will be just one place)....but if you have a bank statement from one bank and another statement from another bank then they have come from two different places .... hope this helps
