Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50K to set

I am now want to apply set next week . now I am under Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50K and get first visa at 2014,
under the new visa system Can i apply set using Priority Service or Super Priority Service,

Officially you can only use standard service for Tier 1.
However, there are some lawyer/solicitor firms who are apparently charging £9100 for 24 hour service.

It is HO that charges this fee for VIP service NOT solicitors, whose fees would be separate. Kindly check the information you post is accurate.

So that means Tier 1 is eligible for super priority officially?

I think so , however, my solicitor told me ,I can use Priority Service, so , I just come here, in the new visa system ,I can use Priority Service or not
