My timeline
Date of entry - 2 Feb 2009
Applied for post study work - Sept - 2011 (Granted)
Applied for Tier 2 General - Jan 2013 (Refused due to a wrong SOC code)
Appealed to the first tier tribunal (refused)
Appealed to the upper tier tribunal (refused)
Submitted fresh tier 2 General application (within 28 days) - Granted on 20 December 2013
Applied for ILR on tier 2 General on 1st December 2018 - application in process....
My question from all the experts here is that just in case my current ILR is refused for whatever reason (God forbid), Am I ok to apply for ILR again via the 10 years Long Residence route in Feb 2019 as my 10 years will be completed if you count from the first Entry date.
ps. I have only lived out of UK for 2 weeks in total in the last almost 10 years and my current Tier 2 General is valid untill 20 December 2019.
Any Help with this would be highly appreciated:)
Thank you all!
