My Tier-2 Dependent Visa expiring exactly on my 4 years & 11 months

Hi there, I'm slightly confused and worried about my wife's current visa expiry date. Since her current Tier-2 Dependant Visa is going to expire exactly on her 4 years & 11 months in the UK (2/8/2014 to 2/7/2019).

So I'm not sure whether is she eligible to apply for an ILR directly (on/after the date 2/7/2019)? or first I need to extend her dependent visa and then apply for her ILR visa?

If I need to extend her Tier-2 Dependant visa? Is it possible to extend only her dependent visa, without involving my Primary visa? since I already got ILR and I'm no more into 'Tier-2 General'.

And also, my parent company has provided us this Tier-2 Visas (Primary and Dependant) so do we need to contact them for extending my wife's Dependent Visa? (Note: I'm still working in the same company).

Can someone suggest the best way to handle this scenario which adheres to UKBA policy?

Summarising my questions:
1. Is my wife eligible to apply for an ILR (on/slightly after the date 2/7/2019)? Basically, Is there any grace period concept?
2. If I need to extend her current Dependent Visa. Then can I extend her visa alone?
3. Do I need to contact my company for extending my dependent visa since they only offered our visas from last 5 years?

Thanks in Advance and Appreciate your response!

What date was the first dependent visa issued/valid from?

Your employer is irrelevant to your dependents visa and ILR.

Presumably you hold ILR??

Hi there, thank you for your quick reply.
My wife's first UK visa dates are 24/07/2014 to 28/07/2015, but she traveled to the UK on 02/8/2014.
and current visa dates are: 12-09-2018 to 02-07-2019

Her qualifying period for ILR starts from date visa was issued so she can apply any time within 28 days before 24th July 2018.

Thank you CR001.

It would be great if you could provide the link for Immigration rules or Sections or Page Nos to read. I can see some of the members have had success in this forum, however, I couldn't get to the immigration rules.
