Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help with an answer. I am currently on a Tier 2 General visa and I am due to apply for an ILR. However, I am 3 days short of 5 years and I wondering if that will still be ok to apply for the ILR.

Date of Issue on 1st Tier 2- 22/1/2014
Date of Expiry on Current Tier 2- 18/01/2019.
Total Duration is 4 years, 11 months, 28 days.

Information regarding this would be helpful.

Regards

You can apply anytime within 28 days before 22nd January.

No requirement that your visa must be valid eight up to and past 5 years.
