When did you leave the UK? A frequent question in ILR LR application

while filling ILR LR form and mentioning days spent outside UK, a frequent question is "When did you leave the UK?"

For most of my journey's I made outside UK, I don't have Stupid tickets in record to exactly match but the passport entery/exit stamps to proof. However the flights I made to Pakistan, I know I left UK a day before I got entry stamp in Pakistan.

So which date should I put over the form ? one over the ticket or assume entry stamp date over passport as day I leave UK?

Thanks!

I have the similar case. As the flight I take to Pakistan, due to the time difference, date changes. The passport is stamped on the next day in Pakistan for entry.
However, as Zimba said, the date “you left UK” will be a day earlier in this particular scenerio mentioned above.
