Can i apply for ILR dependant Visa from USA.

Hi Everyone
Please help me out i am bit confused
I am on ILR and my wife work in US. I hold an Indian Passport and my wife too.
Can she apply for dependant visa from US without coming back to India ??
what is the process?

There is no 'ILR Dependent visa'. Your wife can apply for a Spouse Settlement visa from the USA, providing you meet all the requirements to sponsor her.
Are you earning a minimum of £18,600 p.a or have substantial savings over £16,000 to meet any shortfall?

yes I am earning more than the minimum requirement of £18600 , She is on work permit ,please can you guide what is the process .
