I have a TIer 2 valid till Dec 2019 and my wife has TIer 2 Dependant till Dec 2019 as well.

I am now eligible for ILR and she is not yet.

Can I simply renew mine? And hold on hers till Dec 2019?

ILR is not a "renewal". It is an independent application with its own requirements.

No need to change spouse visa if you get ILR based on 5 years tier 2
