Hello everyone ,

I have applied for a ILR after domestic abuse my lawyer only send police acknowledgment letter because its takes 40 days to release also letter from GP'S letter from Refuge, and letter from other women domestic violence agencies and letter from my counselling and assessment letter

Online application submitted on 13 Dec 2018

done my bio metric on 13 Dec 2018

do u know how long I have to wait for a decision ?
I didnt have none molestation order?

Now i am waiting for my application outcome
Can some one know how long home office take time ?

You are in for a long wait. These applications typically take many months to process.

I done my biometric same route I didn’t heard anything from them but it’s takes more time,
